We regret to announce the sudden passing of Brian Brown on Saturday, April 18, 2021 at the age of 68 years.
Born and raised in Melville, SK, Brian was predeceased by his parents, Herb and Nancy; and his brother Murray. Left to cherish his memory are wife Susan; two sons, Michael and Nicholas; daughter-in-law Cindy; grandchildren, Ben and Lee; brother, William (Betty) Brown; nephew, Scott (Heather); and niece, Katherine (Nathan); along with extended family and friends.
Brian attended Miller, Central and Melville High School in Melville, SK. While attending school he worked at his dad’s electrical company. Brian also worked with his brothers raising chickens on a quota. He left Melville in 1973 for Winnipeg to work for CNCP Communications where he worked for more than 30 years. The company name went through various names before becoming part of MTS. He was a leader in Scouts for approximately eight years and worked at Rona until his retirement in 2019.
