Our loving Mom (Imgard Margareta (Schreiber) Lang, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great- grandmother, surrounded by family, left us to be with the Lord on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2023.
Mom (Imgard) was born on March 15, 1934 on the family homestead in Neudorf, Sask. She was the youngest of 10 children, seven boys and three girls.
Predeceased by her husband Harold Lang, daughter Connie (in infancy); daughter Sharon Anhalt; sons-in-law Edward Anhalt and Gary Salamon; parents Albert and Martha Schreiber; and parents-in-law and nine siblings.
To honour and cherish her memory, she will be sadly missed by her daughter Sharon’s children – Crystal, Lee and Chad; son – Larry (Brenda, children Michael and Krista); daughter Laura (George, children Bobbi and Ryan); daughter Joanne (children Scott, Keith and Chris); and son Dale (Rita, children Melissa, Bradley and Kimberley); spouses, significant others including 16 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. It was extra special that in 2018 we were honoured with five generations.
At Mom’s request, a private family/extended family service was held on Saturday, Nov. 18 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church at 2 pm. Interment will be held in the spring. Rest in Peace!
