Business bylaw meeting - A crowd opposed to Fort Qu’Appelle’s new business license bylaw voiced complaints at a public information session that was held at the Fort Qu’Appelle Legion last week. A petition for a referendum to repeal the bylaw has collected more than 300 signatures, the number required to force a referendum.
