It is with deep sorrow we mark the passing of Margaret Tempel, aged 64. Margaret was born in Regina to parents Herb and Ruth, welcomed by her brother Phil, as well as extended family here and in the US.
She did well scholastically, attending high school at Campbell Collegiate Regina and LCBI Outlook, then the Universities of Regina and Waterloo. She received an award for the highest average in Arts the final year of her Honours B.A. (philosophy) at U of R and earned a M.A. (philosophy) from the U of W.
Marg loved music, singing in the Waterloo Philharmonic chorus, and listening to classical music (especially opera).
She returned to Saskatchewan to be near family and worked as a caregiver in Grayson, SK until her passing. An avid gardener, quilter and cat person, she enjoyed the many opportunities afforded by small town life.
