It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gene on Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2026 at the age of 91. A celebration of life will be held at the hall in Atwater, SK on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026 at 1:00 p.m.
Special thank you’s go out to April Antic (Granny’s Girl) for her care, support and companionship to Dad and our family over the past two years. We are also appreciative to the doctors and staff on Unit 4A at the Pasqua Hospital in Regina; Unit 3 Med-Surg at the Cypress Regional Hospital in Swift Current and the Cypress House Care Home in Swift Current for their care of Dad in his last two months.
Flowers gratefully declined and in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Gene can be made to the Morris Lodge Personal Care Home at Bangor SK: P.O. Box 54 Bangor SK S0A 0E0 or a charity or organization of your choice.
