It is with great sadness that the family of Lillian Ellis (Lil or Lily) announce her peaceful passing, in Saskatoon, on Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2022.
Lily was born on Jan. 22, 1933 and lived her life in the Balcarres/Fort Qu’Appelle area.
She is survived by daughters, Wendy (Ross) Percifield; Marlene (Moe) Emara; Marilyn Aries; sons, Barry and Rick Ellis; grandson, Robert (Joelle) Christensen; granddaughters, Christina and Isabel; great-grandchildren, Jordan and Brelynn; and numerous nieces and nephews. Lillian was predeceased by her husband, Douglas; son Bruce; daughter Nancy; parents, Robert and Nellie Farrell; brothers, Forbes, Jack and Allan.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to a charity of one’s choice in Lillian’s name. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
