Paul Jeffery was born and raised in Melville, Sask. He was the loving father of five: Sam, Anne, Joseph, James and Sean. He is also survived by sister, Laurie; and brothers, Michael and Marty; cousins, Ray, Cathy, Charlotte and James.
He passed peacefully in Victoria, B.C. on Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2016.
A celebration of life will be held in the Crystal Ballroom, Empress Hotel on Sunday, Oct. 30, 2016 from 2 to 4 p.m
