Missing Moosomin woman found deceased

On November 23, 2022 at approximately 7:45 a.m., Moosomin RCMP received a report of a missing 50-year-old woman, Karen Ireland.

Karen was last seen on Wright Road in Moosomin at approximately 7:40 a.m. on November 23, 2022.

At approximately 5:30 p.m., RCMP issued a statement saying Karen Ireland has been located deceased.

“Her next of kin have been notified and our thoughts are with her family and friends during this difficult time,” the RCMP said in a statement.

The Saskatchewan RCMP is investigating in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service and preliminary indication is that no foul play is suspected in relation to Karen’s death.
