Erna Emily Pelzer (nee Hahn) passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday June 15, 2022, at the age of 87 years.
Erna was born on April 26, 1935, in Melville, Sask. She married George Pelzer, the love of her life, on Oct. 30, 1954, and together they had three children, Donna Munro (John), Cathy Pelzer and David Pelzer (Connie).
Erna was blessed with three grandchildren, Jonathan Munro (Holly), Tia Pelzer and Harley Pelzer; and one great- grandchild, Ryker Munro.
She enjoyed volunteering and singing in the choir at Zion Lutheran Church. She was an avid gardener, ferocious reader, graceful dancer, competitive bowler, dedicated Blue Jays fan and extremely lucky at playing cards. Erna loved cooking and baking, especially for friends and family, for gatherings large and small.
Erna will be greatly missed by all of those who had the privilege of being part of her life.
