Aurèle will be deeply missed by his beloved wife, Margaret; his cherished children, Miguel (Billie-Jo), Alana (Roland), Charlotte (Benjamin) and Katherine (Colin); his treasured grandchildren, Samson, Louis, Josephine, Kymani, Sydahlia, Raurianne, Arland, Genevieve and Lochlan; and his surviving siblings, Elaine (Michel), Leon (Eleanor), Diane and Norm (Mavis).
Aurèle’s strength and kind nature was a beautiful testament to the human spirit. He enriched our lives with his compassion, generosity and sense of humour. He loved without boundaries and welcomed everyone, without judgment. Aurèle was a model of how to be an exceptional father, sibling and partner. He wanted you to feel loved, be heard and to laugh. Aurèle’s philosophy in life was to walk in the sunshine. He will live on in the hearts of the many family and friends who were fortunate enough to have had this exceptional man in their lives.
