On Wednesday, March 27th, 2019 Melville/Ituna RCMP Detachment received a complaint of a vandalized vehicle on Highway 15 between Leross and Kelliher. Investigation revealed that the vehicle, a newer model red coloured Chevrolet Malibu, was safely and adequately parked off the roadway with hazard lights activated. The owner had been experiencing mechanical trouble, and left it with intent to return. Unknown individuals excessively vandalized the vehicle having smashed out all windows and denting the driver’s side body..
