Katherine (Kay) Beckman, Oct. 27, 1917 – Jan. 29, 2019.
Katherine Beckman of Regina, Sask., formerly of Melville, Sask., passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2019 at the age of 101 years.
Katherine was predeceased by her husband, John, in 1993; her parents, Joseph and Johanna (Ottenbreit) Lang; and all her siblings.
She is survived by her children: Garry (Patty) Beckman of
Ottawa. Ont. and Carol Beckman Dietz of Regina, Sask.; grandchildren, Corey (Heather) Dietz, Laura (Glen) Stark, Carrie Beckman (Martin Laflamme), Jennifer (Ken) Mendes and Jonathan (Stephanie) Beckman; great-grandchildren, Alexandra Mendes, Jonathan, Jr. and Rhys Beckman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held in spring.
We would like to thank the nurses and caregivers at the Regina Lutheran Home who provided excellent care for our mother/grandmother.
