On Friday, May 19, 2016 at approximately 10:45 a.m. a financial institution in the town of Stoughton, Sk was robbed by an lone individual armed with a weapon. The individual left the building with an undisclosed sum of money. The individual fled on foot and reports indicate this person left the area in a vehicle.

Regina Forensic Identification Section, Regina Police Dog Services , Regina General Investigation Section, Carlyle RCMP, Estevan RCMP, Regional Traffic services and the Weyburn/Fillmore RCMP collectively assisted on this file.

Currently leads are being followed up on. No one was injured during this incident.
