On the evening of November 10th, 2015, the Hudson Bay Fire Department, EMS and RCMP responded to a call of a house fire on the 100 block of Albert street in the town of Hudson Bay. The lone occupant, a 71 year old female, was located unconscious in the residence and transported to the Hudson Bay hospital where she was pronounced deceased. Provincial and RCMP fire investigators attended the scene and determined the fire to be non-suspicious in nature.
