GOLL – Arthur P. Goll passed away peacefully in his Vancouver, B.C. home at the age of 84.
Arthur was born and raised in Melville, Sask. Mr. Goll was very proud of his Saskatchewan heritage, an ardent admirer of Tommy Douglas, and a passionate Canadian.
Arthur attended Luther College at the University of Saskatchewan (graduating in 1955 in agriculture sciences). A scholar and an athlete, Arthur was on the wrestling team of the University of Saskatchewan. Post graduation, Mr. Goll was a career employee with Ag Canada. Arthur was national expert in the inspection and labeling of dairy products, and authored dairy product inspection manual. He represented Canada while serving with FAO.
Kind and generous, Mr. Goll’s passion was helping others (i.e. Cub Scouts, ESL tutoring, mentoring students, community service). A life well lived.
