Moosomin RCMP wish to advise the public that they have closed their investigation into the 240 treated fence posts that were stolen between May 15 and May 19 from a farmer’s field located on Township Road 131 (Fleming grid) south of Moosomin, SK.
Over the weekend an adult male who is not from the immediate area, went to the Moosomin detachment and advised them that he had unintentionally removed the wrong fence posts from the complainant’s property. He had permission from another land owner to remove and use fence posts from an adjacent property and removed the wrong ones by mistake. The fence posts will be returned.
