Dorothy Louise Schettler (nee Ashworth), age 84, passed away peacefully on Friday, Oct. 23, 2026, surrounded by family.
She was predeceased by her parents Mabel and Joseph Ashworth; sisters Jean McCullough and Joanne McGown; and granddaughter Jorja Bigalky.
Dorothy will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 60 years, Emery; daughters Calla (Scott Blair), Chara (Craig Blair) and Crystal (Heath Bigalky); grandchildren Cameron (Paige), Nolan (Courtney), Maguire (Avery), Lauren (Barrett), Baxter, Chyler and Stranton, and great grandchildren Sophie, Baker and Brettyn, along with many cherished family members, nieces, nephews and countless dear friends.
A Memorial Service was held at Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4001 East Victoria Avenue, Regina, SK on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026 at 2 p.m. Those wishing to view a live stream of the service, please log onto https://fweb.tv/263710.
