George Daniel passed away peacefully on Friday, Dec. 27, 2019, at the Broadview Centennial Lodge at the age of 91 years. George was born April 16, 1928, in Whitewood, Sask.
He was predeceased by his wife, Margaret; his parents, Will and Ruth; sister Dorothy in infancy; brother Leslie; and sisters-in-law Pat Daniel and Shirley Daniel. He is survived by his brother, Lorne; daughters Marie Lundin (Barry), Arlene Bender (Calvin) and Shirley Davidson (Michael); seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and many special nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
A family graveside service will take place at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to Matthews Funeral Home, Whitewood.
