It is with great sadness that the family of Violet Kirk announce her passing on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018 at the Regina Sunset Extendicare Nursing Home, Regina, Sask.
Violet was born at Duff, Sask.
She was predeceased by her husband, Douglas (Mac) Kirk; parents, Peter and Karolina Keller; and all her siblings.
Left to cherish her memory are her four daughters and their families: Sherryl Kirk (Julius Bergquist) of Wynyard Sask., children and grandchildren, Ann Stutt (Brett) and son Tyson, Jillian Kirk and son Ethan, Douglas Kirk (Tabitha) and daughter Lilly; Debora Swayn of Regina, children and grandchildren, Krystle Blachford (Nathan), son Alexander and daughter Kaydence, Stephanie Swayn; Carol Kirk of Regina; Janet Northcott (Steve) of Ottawa Ont.; and very special family friend, Gregory Despins of Regina.
Violet is also survived by sister-in-law, Eileen (Cameron) Kirk of Melville, Sask.; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A private family graveside service was held at Duff, Sask. In lieu of flowers and cards, donations in memory of Violet may be made to the Regina Royal Canadian Legion Branch #001, 1820 Cornwall Street, Regina, Sask., S4P 2K2.
