We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our dear Mother and Granny, Joyce Foster who passed away peacefully on Sept 30, 2012 in Pincher Creek, Alberta. She is survived by her daughters Elaine and Brenda (Greg), and son Keith (Dianne) as well as grandchildren Michael (Christine) and Jason (Lisa), Jane (Ryan), Jennifer, Jillian and Joshua. Joyce also is survived by her precious great-grandchildren Michaela, Sarah, Olivia, Benjamin and Owen. She was predeceased by her husband Edward, son-in-law Jean Trepanier, sister Maxine Krecsy, brother Lyle and parents Dougald and Florence Keith. Mom/Granny will be in our hearts forever.
The funeral service was be held at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Whitewood, Saskatchewan on Saturday, October 13, 2012 with the Revs. Wilma and Brian Woods officiating. Edna Shepherd and Ewen Armstrong read the lessons and granddaughter Jane Cresswell delivered shared memories of her Granny. Interment took place in the Whitewood Cemetery with Michael Trepanier, Jason Trepanier, Jane Cresswell, Jennifer Foster, Jillian Foster and Joshua Foster acting as pallbearers.
