Ed Adam passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. He was born in Yorkton to parents, John and Minnie Adam. Ed received his education at Yorkton Composite
High School and Yorkton Regional High School. He started his working years at the Yorkton Public Library and the Imperial 400 – but found his fit at Acklands Grainger where he retired after four decades.
Ed shared 35 years of marriage with his beloved wife, June, and together they built a life filled with love, companionship and adventure. In 1989, Ed and June moved to Regina, where they enjoyed travelling and creating many cherished memories together, including trips to Europe and Australia.
Ed will be remembered for his quiet strength, dedication to family, and appreciation for life’s simple pleasures and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A celebration of life will be held for the late Edward Adam at Christie’s Funeral Home, Yorkton on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 2 p.m.
