New energy on main street Weight machines, cardio equipment and free weights fill the newly opened Pipestone Valley Fitness on Whitewood’s Lalonde Street. The gym is one of three new businesses now operating along Whitewood’s main street, joining Wave Energetics & Massage Therapy, which is operating from the front office of the fitness centre, and the recently opened Whitewood Cannabis.
