Frances was born on Sept. 29, 1942, to Frank and Esther (nee Gazdewich) Kuchareschen
in the Glen Elder district near Norquay, SK.
Frances was predeceased by her parents and her husband, Edward. She is survived by her brother, Ludwig Kuchareschen; her son, Allan Shuflita (Renee Holtkamp); grandchildren Julia Zazula, Dayton, Tristan, Grayson, and Dawson Shuflita, and great-grandchildren Bryden and Blake.
Funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at Matthews Funeral Home, Melville, with the Rev. Fr. Melchor Samonte officiating. Interment took place in St. Henry’s Parish Cemetery, Melville.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Matthews Funeral Home, Melville.
