Helping to cut the ribbon to officially open the new Head Start building are Chief Michael Starr, co-ordinator Rhonda Deutsch, regional executive with Indigenous Services, Alex Campbell, Elder/instructor Hilda Bigknife, FSIN Chief Bobby Cameron. Holding the ribbon are McKenna Desnomie and former student Benjamin Deutsch. Cutting the ribbon is current student Taleah Tuckanow.
