RIFFEL – The family of Audrey Lynn Ashcroft of Yorkton, beloved wife of Robert Ashcroft, sadly announces her passing on Saturday, May 30, 2026. Audrey Lynn Riffel was born on June 27, 1961 to Edgar and Dorothy (nee Hass) Riffel in Yorkton, SK.
She was raised on a dairy farm, with her sister, her brothers, cousins, friends, and exchange students always getting up to something. Audrey enjoyed learning and short periods of travel around the world, until she met Robert Ashcroft in 1983.
She married Robert Lee Ashcroft on June 27, 1987, and they were blessed with three fantastic daughters: Skye
October 1988, Autumn August 1990, Rae May 1992. A lot of work, a lot more fun, and always noise, Audrey’s life was always full of people! Always the best of times!
Audrey was involved with 4-H, Taekwondo, Jr Wildlife, Air Cadets, Vikings Re-enactment, and motorcycles, which gave the opportunity to meet new and different friends. Working at Custom Microsystems, Sask Taekwondo,
Women Entrepreneurs, and as a Commissionaire led to an even more diverse group of friends.
Audrey would like to thank the people who made this life possible with their presents for a moment, an hour, or for years and years. Thank you for making my life the best ever! – Audrey
