It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a wonderful husband, dad, grandpa, and great-grandpa; Allan Nohlgren passed away on Friday, June 13, 2025. Dad was born on May 1, 1927, to Axel and Helen Nohlgren.
He was predeceased by his wife of 72 years, Frances Nohlgren; siblings Annie (Howard) Westman, Marge (Art) Butterfield and Gordon Nohlgren. He leaves to cherish his memory, children Sharon (Darcy) Jauck, Wayne (Chris) Nohlgren, Heather (Brian) Kohlenberg and Dennis (Cory) Nohlgren; 11 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Lorna Nohlgren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be a private service held at the end of July. Donations in memory of Allan may be made to Diabetes Canada. Family and friends are invited to leave tributes at matthewsfuneralhome.ca
