Morley “Moe” Biden, born in Regina, SK on July 10, 1939 to Charlie and Margaret (Lindsay) Biden, was the third of three children.
Morley met his wife Eileen Pinter and started a family in Regina, SK; they celebrated their 62nd anniversary prior to Morley’s passing. The couple enjoyed visiting Eileen’s family in Kisbey and Kipling, SK. and had a vibrant social life in SK and B.C. In the 1980s, the family moved to Federal Way, WA.
Morley and Eileen were the parents of four children. The activities and interests of their children often filled their calendars, including boxing, baseball, hockey, softball and DeMolay. The family shared many good times together, including family camping in Kelowna, B.C. and then later at Baker Lake in Washington state.
Morley was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings Ralf Biden and Frances Biden. He is survived by his wife Eileen Biden (Pinter) and his children, Lance (Kim Greene), Rick (Kara Wood), Kent (Michelle Finnvik), Cara Biden (Toni Baumann). He enjoyed spending time with grandchildren Dustin, Courtney, Brandon (Natasha), Haley (Ryan), Jack (Sim), Rachel, Olivia and Alexandra, in addition to two great-grandchildren Darwin and River.
Morley was talented and industrious – over the years he made a successful living as a plumber, a sales leader, and an entrepreneur. Morley and Eileen ran their own business for over 20 years. Morley retired often – after investigating three hobby jobs he landed in his final career as a security guard at the Port of Tacoma for more than eight years.
A Celebration of Life will be held with family and friends in Everett, WA in November.
