New Broadview & RM of Elcapo office - The councils for the Town of Broadview and RM of Elcapo have approved the design for a new Joint Administration Facility. Construction is scheduled to start in mid-July at a cost of $2.36 million. The new 4,000 sq. ft. building will be located next to the Co-op grocery store and include town/RM offices, the town library and a community room.
