Conference champions - Coach Dave Clark (far left) and the Sr. Girls team from Indian Head High School were all smiles after they won the 3A Conference Tournament last weekend. The Indian Head Sr. Boys team also took home the win at their Conference Finals on Saturday.

The senior basketball teams from Indian Head High School celebrated significant wins during the 3A Conferences last weekend.
It was an exciting time for the players as both the Sr. Girls and Sr. Boys teams entered their respective tournaments ranked first in their conference.
The girls’ team hosted players from Regina Christian, Kamsack, Lanigan, Moosomin, and Oxbow Schools at Indian Head. Playoff games started Friday night and by Saturday afternoon the final bracket was set between Indian Head and Kamsack. Both teams played hard but Indian Head took home the win, with a final score of 90 to 77.
The Sr. Boys team spent Saturday in Kamsack, facing opponents from Esterhazy, Kamsack, and Langenburg. After defeating Esterhazy, 79 to 45, the boys faced the Langenburg team late Saturday afternoon. Indian Head became Conference Champions with a final score of 77 to 44.
As a result of their success, the Indian Head teams will proceed to the Regional Tournament.
