It is with many wonderful memories of a life well lived that we announce the passing of Pat on Sunday, March 6, 2022, at the age of 105 years.
Pat was predeceased by her husband Bud; parents, Bert and Mary Emma Meeker; and two sisters, Kate Cave and Edith Bull.
She is survived by her son, Bert (Mary Jane) of Edmonton; three grandchildren, Dan (Lisa), Greg (Lisa), and Karen; and eight great-grandchildren.
Pat had countless life-long friends in the Grenfell district. She had a great love for the Adare Museum. In one part of the annex is her pride and joy, a telephone switchboard which she had actually worked on. She loved to demonstrate it to anyone touring the museum.
Special thanks to the staff at Broadview Centennial Lodge for their expert care and companionship during the last few years.
