25-year-old Shane George lost his life in a tragic accident at Whitewood when his truck hit a tractor trailer unit at the intersection of the Trans Canada Highway and #9 Highway on Dec. 20. George was removed from the vehicle using the Jaws of Life. He succumbed to his injuries enroute to hospital.
