Twins found in Carlyle – Amber Alert Cancelled

An Amber Alert issued in Saskatchewan this afternoon has been cancelled after the missing children were located. At approximately 3:45 p.m., members from the Carlyle RCMP Detachment located Caitlyn and Carrley Blythe.
