Provincial Championships - Balgonie Taekwon-Do Club has opened its books for winter registration this month. The ten-member club is seeking new members ahead of the Provincial Championships in March. While the physical side of Taekwon-Do is important to the practice, Master Steve Marcia, an instructor at Buffalo Plains, says the martial art also teaches patience and discipline.
