Cold plunge - Fort Qu’Appelle town councilor Darren Carroll was one of 18 fearless participants in this year’s Polar Bear dip during Fort Qu’Appelle’s one-day winter festival last weekend. The plunge helped raise $7,500 for the local fire department.
