It is with great sadness and much love that we mourn the passing of a father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, and a friend to many, Jacob Novak.
Jacob was with his loving family at the time of his passing on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 in Regina.
Jacob was predeceased by his wife of 67 years, Valeria (Wihlidal) Novak. His precious grandchildren, Stephanie and Alexander Novak; his parents, Peter and Gertrude Novak; as well as numerous other family and friends.
Jacob was survived by his eldest son, Wayne (Pam); daughters, Genevieve (Sheldon), Wendy, Genelle (Paul); and youngest son, Wade; his grandchildren, Chris (Tara), Nikki (Jeff), Dustin, Dawson (Chancey), Dalton, Dain (Larissa), Jesse and Tyla; his great-grandchildren, Jacob, Abigail, Hayden, Jolie, Joshua, Oliver, Lukas, Jakob, Taylor, Tyson, Grady, Millar and Izaac.
We the family thank the staff at the Pasqua and General hospitals in Regina for his care. As well the staff and friends dad made at Mutchmor Lodge, for their companionship over the past five years.
At Jacob’s request there will be no funeral, a family internment will take place at a later date.
