A life well lived….. John Norman passed away in Regina, Sask. on Sunday, July 7, 2019. He was born in Prince Albert, Sask. on Dec. 18, 1924 to parents, Lizzie and John Norman.
His numerous contributions in life included his time in the Canadian Armed Forces and eventually a lengthy career as an x-ray technician at the Fort Sanatorium.
John was predeceased by both of his parents; two sisters and a brother. John lost his wife, Eileen Norman, in August of 2003.
He is survived by his daughter, Janet (Fred) Smith and their children, Jo-Anne (Kelly), Janet (Scott), Patricia (Paul); son, Jack (Marilyn) Norman and their children, John, Chris (Bridgett). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
We invite you to celebrate John’s life on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 2 p.m. at the Legion Hall in Fort Qu’Appelle, Sask. A private family interment will be held ahead of time.
The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff at the Veteran’s Unit at Wascana Rehabilitation Centre.
