Alexander Vongrad, Jr.

Arthur Vongrad JrArthur came into the world on May 25, 1973 at the Royal Alexander Hospital in Edmonton. In his first few years, he developed an inquisitive nature that served him well into his school years. When he didn’t have his nose in a book, Arthur enjoyed riding his bike around the farm and spending time at the swimming pool with his friends.

Arthur excelled at math and computers and soon found his calling fixing and programming computers for his own enjoyment and for school. He was also able to use his knowledge in these subjects to help others.

Arthur succumbed to complications arising from myotonic dystrophy on February 13, 2015. His unique sense of humour will be greatly missed by his family and friends alike but comfort will be gained with the knowledge that he is no longer suffering and now resting in peace.

He is survived by his Father, Arthur, Sr.; Brother, David; sisters, Lisa and Kimberly (twin); and a large extended family.
